Whenever we express a given expression in the simplest possible form then it is known as simplification. Generally to simplify an expression we use the operations in the following order which is known as PEMDAS rule.

Where,
P=Parenthesis
E=Exponents
M=Multiplication
D=Division
A=Addition
S= Substraction

A Simplify Calculator is used to solve the expression step by step and to give the result.

Example 1.Simplify the following expression-
27-3(12-(2+2))

Solution :we follow the PEMDAS rule and so we first simplify the problem in parenthesis so it becomes

27-3(12-4)

=27-3*8

Next we see PEMDAS and according to its order we will now multiply so the next step is
27-24

And at last we subtract and get the answer as 3.

So the answer is 3.

Example 2.Simplify the following expression-
8+10*10-5

Solution : Applying PEMDAS rule
we multiply 10*10 because according to the order this comes first in the given problem

8+100-5

According to the next order we will add first so we add 8+100 which gives us 108-5

Lastly we subtract and get the solution as 103.

This is how we solve these questions by using PEMDAS.

Add 196+4  (4 being on the Right hand side had a – sign in front of it so when we take it to Left hand side we change the –  to  +

Now,

Or, 200/100 = x

Or, 2 is the value of the x.
