One of the very important branches of science is called as chemistry .Chemistry is the study of matter where its properties are analyzed. The basic particle of matter is called atom. There are different atomic particles in chemistry which combine and form chemical bonds. The calculator which is used to help in the study of chemistry is called a chemistry calculator.

Example 1: Calculate the molecular weight of H2SO4.

For the given chemical formula H2SO4 there are 2 hydrogen atoms. 1 sulfur atom and 4 oxygen atoms.

The atomic mass of one hydrogen atom is equal to 1.00794

The atomic mass of one sulfur atom is equal to 32.065

The atomic mass of one oxygen atom is equal to 15.9994

Molecular weight calculation:

 1.00794 * 2 + 32.065 + 15.9994 * 4 = 98.07848 g/ mol.

Example 2:How many grams CaCO3 in 2 moles?

The atomic mass of one calcium atom is equal to 40.078

The atomic mass of one carbon atom is equal to 12.0107

The atomic mass of one oxygen atom is equal to 15.9994

Molecular weight calculation:

40.078 + 12.0107 + 15.9994 * 3= 100.0869 g/mol.

The weight for 2 moles of CaCO3 = 100.0869 g/mol * 2 = 200.1738 grams.
